VIRTUAL VISITS

On Monday, 3/23/2020, our office will begin the process of allowing virtual visits for patients who are unable to come into the office.

These visits will provide real time face to face visits with Dr. Campitelli with the use of your smartphone and an easy to use app that can be dowloaded here. 

Scheduling a virtual appointment will be no different then scheduling an regular appointment in our office.  Our call center will schedule the appointment and during your scheduled time the office staff will then connect with you through the Healow App on your smartphone.  Your insurance information will be collected by our staff and the visit will be billed through your insurance carrier.  If you have questions please direct them to our staff.

Dr. Campitelli will have the ability to see your foot during this visit and will interact with the patient to help diagnose their condition and guide treatment as well as prescribe medication.  If Dr. Campitelli feels that you have an infection, ingrown toenail, fracture, or serious condition that needs to be treated, the recommendation will be made to come into the office for treatment where we are continue to function and see patients under normal circumstances adhering to the CDC guidelines.
